News:

David Peterson's new book on language creation is now available online or at your favorite bookseller. I suspect this book will become a classic on the subject of language creation!

I'm an Italian fan of ASOIAF and I'm very fond of languages. I started physics at the University, but in 7 days I'll change my courses to follow linguistics.

Lajaki

Nice! Yeah, Linguistics is a much better course than Physics.

What languages do you know besides English and Italian?

If we are talking about the books for linguistics I really didn't like my syntax book, but I do prefer linguistics to physics myself.

I know a bit of French, Spanish and German. I also know Latin and Ancient Greek (I studied them in highschool) and a few italian dialects (milanese, mantovano and toscano, if the names mean something to you).

ShadowedSin

Nice, I've been studying Ancient Greek for a while and nice to learn more about Italian Dialects! Know any Sardinian?
