Beginners / Epic quote translation

"When the snows fall and the white winds blow, the lone wolf dies but the pack survives"

I tried to translate this quote but I'm confuse. I don't know how to use the word "when" in Valyrian. Can someone translate it? Can someone explain me how to use "skorī" and "lua"?

I'm a begginer, obviously...
