I´m happy to share with you the Dothraki Dictionary app in which I have been working the last weeks. It is a first version and I hope to be able to improve it in future versions with your comments and feedback.
You can find it here: Dothraki Dictionary (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.yourcustomapps.dothrakidictionary) :)

I just installed it on my Droid X and it seems to work there as well. The UI is a bit different, somewhat like the online Klingon dictionary. Is it also possible to set up a UI that is a scrollable list of words?
I saw your request for database access in another thread. I will try to take care of that this evening!
Kirimvose!

Thank you for your comments! Of course it is possible to implement a UI consisting in a scrollable list of alphabetically ordered words, I will see how to combine this with the actual UI of the app.

Here is a long scale review : I've been using the app for times to times now, and it's really nice. Can you give us some clues about its future?

Since word addition to Dothraki has been very slow as of late, additions to the dictionary have also been few and far between. This is part of the reason no updates are happening. That said, a number of new words have been added in July, and I plan to add these to the dictionary over the weekend. (I have been traveling a lot lately, and have not had much time to work on dictionaries.)

I have been very busy lately and with no free time, but I expect to have and update of the app with the latest version of the dictionary before the end of the month. I also want to lauch and app for Valyrian, in this case I don´t know when it will happen... :-\

I did a dictionary update a few days back, so you should be good there. (Some interesting new words, like sisi for 'lightning'.)
I have several days off over the next week. I am hoping to put some quality time into working on the Valyrian dictionaries (especially High Valyrian). It will be interesting to see how far I get.
