Title: New word description, spoiler mod and theme
Post by: Titstewan on January 23, 2016, 09:13:26 pm
Kaltxì ma frapo! or Athchomar chomakea!

First off, I am Tìtstewan from the LearnNa'vi Forum, and I helped to update this forum (now on SMF 2.0.11) and I have installed the word description modification (the maroon text). 8)
Just hoover your mouse on it and the translation/hidden text will be shown. :)

The synthax is:
[desc=text or translation]text[/desc]
text

In the editor, there is also a button for it, of course: (https://forum.dothraki.org/Themes/default/images/bbc/desc.gif)

EDIT: And now also a spoiler mod 8) :
Text
And I would like to thank Tìtstewan for coming over and helping me get these forums up to date. I would not have been able to do it, at least this first time, without him. He knew the process and what issues to look for during the upgrade. And most importantly, how to address these issues when they arose. Tìtstewan also has some future ideas for the forums that we will implement with time.

Kirimvose, zhey Tìtstewan!

The next step would be an appropiate GoT theme for this forum. So, suggestions or ideas are welcome. :)

I forgot about the missing spoiler tag. Another really useful addition!

Kirimvose, zhey Tìtstewan!

Note; Dothraki does not have a word for 'Thanks'. There is a construction sometimes used: Athchomari san yeraan (Respect much to you). However, the High Valyrian loanword kirimvose is frequently used.

So, I should have posted about it earlier. :P

There is a new theme installed one can check out by changing it in your profile -> Look and Layout -> Dothraki. Perhaps, a few details need to be changed but mostly the new theme is finished. :)

Feedback and suggestions are welcome. :)
