How about next Wednesday, since no one wrote back about Thursday? Tomorrow, (Thursday PST), is actually my b-day. Oops! Though hanging out with all of you would have been a plus.

Usually for me, the best days right now would be Monday and Thursday and maybe Wednesday, at those times. This week only Thursday (PST) since this is my b-day week, I have a bit more things going on.

How about the topic of time? 
Time of day? Year? Today? Yesterday? Tomorrow? A week? Morning? Evening? Afternoon? Etc.



Looking through the current dictionary, September 26, 2011, while some of the vocabulary is there, the topic is incomplete.
I see listed: midnight, tonight, today, year, yesterday, but currently missing are: day, morning, night (referring to night in general versus tonight or this night), afternoon (midday), sunset, sunrise.

Would there be a way to designate time of day?  I would think that position of the sun in the sky would perhaps be a way, since the 24 hour clock, may not be relevant to a nomadic tribe?

Another tiny question - the word for "market". I didn't see it in the dictionary and there should be a word since they go to the Western Market in Vaes Dothrak. 

(Yes, it's all about shopping! I mean er trading!    )

My best times are similar to Hrakkar's, (I believe we are in the same time zone).  Monday nights being best (PST) or later, around 8pm (PST), Tuesday's and Thursdays. Fridays are not good days. Weekends can be challenging.

Yes, I almost went to the convention, but I wasn't invited along and it wasn't in the stars or my budget right now! I wish Mr. Peterson would do a presentation on Dothraki in the Bay Area. Guess you would have to come this way, since it appears you were blissfully located already in Reno for the event!

I am happy I got the button, but wow, my roomie, must have kept the other three for himself or his gf! I had first dibs on anything Targaryen or Dothraki.

Hmmm I wonder what house the Sacramento brothers are from! That is too funny!

They seriously need some more GOT tchotchkes and good quality ones. I did get a wonderful Khaleesi t-shirt as a tribute. But most of the HBO paraphernalia on the show could be a little bit nicer. I think the dragon egg necklace looks like either a little pine cone or a small grenade. They came out with those awesome Master's Path Gift Set Boxes for the selected people out there to promote the show, but were not available. Have you seen those, they look incredible.  Wish I knew how to make jewelry so I could make the dragon broaches!

You were really fortunate to find the buttons first up! Yay!   Fichas jahakes moon!

I have been going over the link for David Peterson's presentation. Thanks so much for posting that! The conversation...is that between a non-dothraki and a Dothraki, since the response has "athchomar chomakaan" is used in return? The long response of why he isn't doing well, what is the translation of that?
